People need a recover period after having a recent break up with their mate. Although breaking up is not an easy thing to pass thorough but for some people a recover period is more difficult than it is. I have some few tips for you on how to get over your ex to make you easy to move on.

First thing first on how to get over your ex, you have to remove and forget anything that reminds you of your ex. Take out any photos or pictures, special cards; pack them a box in case if there’s a chance you may get back together. By the time you have been stronger, you will not mind throwing them away. Pack up and deliver back to your ex any lingering gifts such as mugs, clothes, even your pets or plants.

If your ex try to contact you via phone, email, or text-messaging, don’t respond it, if need you can block your ex number or change yours.

Having fun and hanging out with your friends are also a great way on how to get over your ex. You will fulfill with joy and happiness while you are forgetting old memories with your ex that can bring stress. Try to meet new people and make new friends. Get busy with your hobbies and new activities are also proper to try on how to get over your ex.

Last useful tip is to change your routines. For example, if you and your ex used to eat dinner on Sunday night at a favorite restaurant. Try to change the day or the place to have dinner. You can eat at your favorite restaurant on Friday or Saturday night or having dinner on Sunday night at other restaurants. After you have learned how to get over your ex, you will see new faces that may be your future mate.
